Apple Wood Smoked Turkey Burger with a Honey Dijon Aioli and Gruyere

Ingredients:

5 # Ground Turkey
2 Tbls Wright’s Apple Wood Smoke Seasoning
2 Tbls Minced Dehydrated Minced Onion
2 Tbls Chopped Fresh Parsley
¼ c. San Del Sweet Cut Peppers
1 Tbls Salt
½ Tbls Black Pepper
1 ½ c. Honey Dijon Aioli
4 oz Baby Spinach
10 ea. Multi Grain Ciabatta Rolls
Servings: 10 – 8 oz. burger

Directions:

Place ground turkey in a mixing bowl with Wright’s Apple Wood Smoke Seasoning, Minced onion, parsley, peppers and S&P. Mix Well.

Portion into ½ # patties.

Grill until fully cooked and top with gruyere cheese, baby spinach, honey Dijon aioli and serve on a multi grain ciabatta.
