5 # Ground Beef 85/15
5 Tbls Emeril’s Bam Burger Seasoning
3 Tbls Wright’s Apple Wood Smoke Seasoning
1# Apple Wood Smoked Bacon
1 # Aged Sharp Cheddar Cheese
10 ea. Brioche Buns
Servings: 10 – 8 oz. burgers
Place ground beef in a mixing bowl with Emeril’s Bam Burger Seasoning and Wright’s Apple Wood Smoke Seasoning. Mix well.
Portion into ½ # patties.
Grill until desired doneness and top with bacon and cheddar cheese and serve on a toasted brioche bun.
